I’m Christopher D’Allen, a Milwaukee-based photographer in my final semester at Milwaukee Area Technical College, specializing in food and product photography. I’m actively seeking new opportunities to collaborate and create compelling visual content that connects with audiences.
My journey into photography is rooted in a family legacy of artistry—both of my grandfathers were talented photographers who used their skills to grow their businesses. In 2020, I picked up my first camera after years of experimenting with my parents’ gear, and by the summer of 2022, I left my full-time job to pursue photography full-time. Returning to MATC in 2023, I’ve dedicated myself to honing my craft and developing a professional portfolio.
I bring a unique perspective to my work, drawing from my background in political science and Spanish, which sharpened my passion for storytelling and communication. Visual media, particularly photography, has proven to be the most powerful tool I’ve found for conveying messages, telling stories, and inspiring action.
Starting my career in event photography taught me to capture candid moments and the often-overlooked details. Now, as I transition into product and food photography, I apply those same principles to create imagery that feels approachable, dynamic, and story-driven.
I’m eager to collaborate with brands, agencies, and creatives to craft images that resonate and inspire.
